Spinach Fritata

2 eggs1 teaspoon basil paste2 dashes salt1 dash pepper1/8 cup shreeded Colby Jack1 slice bacon, cooked then crumbled1/4 cup frozen spinach or 1 cup fresh spinach
Place skillet on stove at medium temperature setting to preheat. If using frozen spinach, place in microwave for one - two minutes to unthaw before adding to eggs.
In a medium bowl, scramble 2 eggs. Add all ingredients to the eggs, then mix again. Pour into a skillet preheated on medium temperature. Cook until whole mixtures firms up on the bottom for easy turning. Turn entire pie over and cook about 2 minutes on the other side.
