chicken fajita soup

Ingredients
1 pkg frozen peppers, chopped1.8 pounds grilled chicken breast, cubed (approx 4 breasts)3/4 lb bulk chicken italian sausage from sprouts2 cans hunt's fire roasted diced tomatoes...adds nice flavor can also use tomatoes with green chilis4 cups chicken broth (use more if you like a more liquid soup)1 can black beans (rinsed)1 large onion chopped1/2 - 1 package frozen corn ( i like white corn)1-2 cups low sodium V-8
Directions
crumble chicken sausage and cook over medium heat - "mop" up grease with paper towels and clean out pan. spray with Pam and saute large onion (chopped) for 2-3 minutes. Add rest of ingredients - bring to a boil, lower heat and let simmer for as long as you'd like. add more chicken broth or v-8 if soup is too chunky...
add more spice to taste...
