Almonds, 1 cup, whole *Fennel seed, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp Dates, 4 date Water, tap, 5 cup (8 fl oz)Cardamom 4 pods or 1teaspoon groundRose petals 1 tablespoon
Soak all the ingredients except dates in 1 cup of water for at least 2 hours or preferably overnight .Then blend it in vitamix by adding 2 cups of water until very smooth.
Add rest of the water to dilute it and serve chilled.
