Christi's Slow-Cooker Grd Beef Stew/Chilli

Ingredients
1 onion (diced)6-7 celery stalks (diced)1 bell pepper (diced)9 oz carrots (diced)1 tbsp chopped garlic3 15 oz cans petite diced tomatoes1 15 oz can sweet corn1 15 oz can light red kidney beans1.5 lbs 93% fat ground beef2-3 fresh mushrooms (diced)3 tbsp chili seasonaing1 tbsp cumin1/2 tsp pepper
Directions
Brown ground beef, drain fat. Dice all veggies in food processor and add to slow cooker. Add canned vegetables (rinse beans & corn well) and ground beef to slow cooker. Add 4 cans of water. Add spices. Cook on medium for 1-2 hours.
