Rieska (flat rye bread)

*Rye flour, light, 2 cup Salt, .5 tsp Granulated Sugar, 2 tsp Baking Powder, 2 tsp Milk, canned, evaporated, 1 cup Butter, unsalted, 2 tbsp
In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients. Sit in milke and melted butter until a smooth dough forms. Turn dough onto well buttered cookie sheet, dust your hands with rye flour and pat dough to make a 14" circle about 1/2" thick.
Prick all over with a fork and bake in very hot oven (450 degrees F.) for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
Serve immediately cut into pie shaped wedges and spread with butter (not in nutrition count).
Serving Size: Cut 14" circle into 8 pie shaped sections.
