1 orange (or two clementines)1/2 cup of orange juice1 scoop of vanilla protein power (I used Whole Foods Vanilla Whew)5 ounces low-fat yogurtIce to fill (optional)
Directions
Put all the ingredients in a strong blender and blend until smooth.
