Ingredients
2 pounds of ground turkey1 green pepper chopped1 red pepper chopped1 yellow pepper chopped1.5 cup onion2 jalapeno peppers chopped4 cloves Garlic1.5 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper1 tbsp Chili Powder2 cups black beans (I used black eye peas)1 Cup Corn
Directions
Serving Size: Makes 12

Heat oven 375
Brown Ground turkey, Add chopped peppers, onions and garlic and saute until tender. Add beans and corn and seasonings, stir well. Remove from stove and pour into a greased 12x9 baking pan.
