Teriyaki Shrimp Stir Fry

Ingredients
Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw, 1 cup, strips or slicesMushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices Garlic, 2 cloves Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Shrimp, 9 oz (I use thawed frozen shrimp)Nestle Chef Mate Teriyaki Sauce, 3 tbsp
Directions
1. Heat oil in a large skillet.
2. Cook shrimp until pink and set aside.
3. Saute garlic and mushrooms until mushrooms are a little tender (about 3 minutes)
4. Add in Carrots and broccoli and cook about 5 minutes, while stirring.
5. Return shrimp and add teriyaki sauce.

Serve over brown rice.
(I usually buy my veggies chopped up. This saves a lot of prep time!)
