Carrot Salad - Korean Style

CarrotsOnionGarlicOlive OilVinegarSeasame SeedsSeasoning
Directions
Cut carrots julienne style. Cut in thin strips onion and place on top of carrots in a heat-safe dish. Dice garlic fine and place on top. Add seasonings and seasame seed. Heat oil in a skillet until a slice of onion dipped in the oil cooks immediately on contact. Drizzle the hot oil over the vegetables. Add the vinegar and toss. Salt and pepper to taste. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
