Grandma's Squash

Ingredients
2 medium sized zucchini (one green & yellow)1 medium sized yellow onion diced2 tbsp Olivio margarine
Directions
Cut the zucchini in half the long way then slice into 1/4 pieces.
Chop onions makes about 1 cup.
Saute vegetables in Olivio margarine.
Cook until vegetables are tender.
Eat immediately.
