Light Garlic Pesto Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients
3 Tbsp White Flour1.5 cups 1% Milk2 cloves garlic, minced1 Tbsp shredded Parmesan Cheese1 Tbsp Basil Pesto.5 tsp Salt (more or less to taste).25 tsp Cayenne Pepper
Directions
With a whisk, quickly stir flour into cold milk in a small saucepan until there are no lumps. Add minced garlic, pesto, salt and cayenne pepper, and cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly. When thickened, serve over pasta, chicken or vegetables.
