Paleo Teriyaki Chicken- Crock Pot

Ingredients
2 lbs. skinless chicken thighs (bone-in or boneless)½ cup coconut amino1 tablespoon honey1 tablespoon fresh ginger grated2 garlic cloves, mincedsalt and pepper
Directions
1. mix all ingredients in bowl other than chicken and mix well
2. put chicken into the crock pot and cover with the sauce mixture
3. cook on low for 6-8 hours

Serving Size: makes 8 chicken thighs
