Mexican Tuna and Rice Salad

3/4 cup Brown Rice, cooked1 (4 oz) can Tuna, Chunk White Very Low Sodium1.5 tbsp Red Onion, chopped1 Jalapeno Pepper, chopped2 oz Black Beans, cooked.5 cup Cherry Tomatoes, sliced in half1 cup Spinach, chopped2 tbsp Fat Free Italian Dressing2 tbsp. water2-3 tsp. of Taco seasoning, salt-free
1. Cook rice according to package directions.
2. Meanwhile open and drain tuna and prepare vegetables and beans.
3. In a small bowl mix thoroughly dressing, water and taco seasoning.
4. Once rice is cooked and semi cooled mix all ingredients, besides dressing mix, in a medium sized bowl until combined.
5. Add dressing mix to bowl while slowly stirring to combine.
