Scotch Eggs

  • Number of Servings: 4
Ingredients
1 1/2 ounce of chopped onion1 1/2 ounce grated cheddar cheese1 pound ground pork (sausage)2 TBSP Flour ( I use home ground organic whole wheat)salt & pepper to taste
Directions
boil 4 eggs
mix onion, salt, pepper, cheese, and pork together
press mix into four thin circles about 5 inches in diameter
peel eggs
wrap pork mixture around eggs
dust with flour
deep fry in oil heated to 360 until golden brown
