Pizza Meatloaf

Ingredients
2 eggs1 cup spaghetti sauce, divided1/2 cup quinoa flour1/4 cup milk1 teaspoon Italian seasoning1 teaspoon garlic powder1 teaspoon onion powder1/2 teaspoon salt1-1/2 pounds ground beef1 pound ground turkey14 pepperoni slices3 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
In large bowl, mix together the eggs, 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce, quinoa flour, milk, seasonings. After thoroughly mixed, crumble in the turkey and beef. Mix together well. Form into a loaf and bake on a sheet pan at 350 for 40 minutes. Pour 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce over the top of the loaf, sprinkle with shredded cheese and place pepperoni slices on top. Continue baking another 15 minutes until pepperoni is sizzling.
