MJ's Crock Pot Chicken Curry

Ingredients
4 chicken breasts1/4 cup onions chopped1/4 cup carrots chopped1 tsp curry powder1 tsp gram masala1 tsp cumin1 tsp corriander1 tsp salt and pepper1/2 chicken brothbrown rice
Directions
****Sear chicken for a few minutes in skillet.

After you brown put chicken and all ingredients **except rice into the crock pot and let cook all day on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.If you choose to cook on stove it takes about 45 minutes to an hour.

***Cook rice seperately and measure out the servings put chicken breast on top and shred on each plate pouring juice from curry on top like in photograph.I do it this way to insure correct portions.
