30 Second Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients
2 tbsp. flour1.5 tbsp. sugar (or no calorie sweetener)2 tsp. cocoa powder.25 tsp. baking powder2 tbsp. milk (I use almond milk, but regular milk would work too)1 tsp. olive oil1 drop vanilla extract
Directions
Spray a mug with non-stick cooking spray. Combine dry ingredients in mug and stir until no lumps remain. Stir in milk, olive oil, and vanilla extract and stir until smooth. Microwave on high for 30-40 seconds. Enjoy!
