Candied sweet potatoes

Ingredients
sweet potatoorange marmaladehoneylemon peel ginger groundsalt pepper whitemargarine
Directions
preheat oven to 375. In a large saucepan. bring seet potatoes and enough water to cover to a boil over high heat. reduce heat to medium and cook until tender.
while potatoes are cooking in a small saucepan over medium heat, combine marmalade, honey, lemon peel, ginger, salt and pepper. mix well. bring marmalade to a boil stirring constatntly. remove from heat.
Drain potatoes and arrange in a single layer. Pour marmalade mix over top. dot with margarine. Bake until potatoes are candied and golden brown. about 20 minutes.
