Breakfast "muffins"

Ingredients
9 eggs separated8 slices of bacon cooked on oven traymushrooms steamed in skillet with salt and peppershredded cheddar 1 cup
Directions
Beat whites til stiff, fold in beaten yolks then shredded cheese.
break up cooked bacon and put in the bottom of well greased muffin tins. add the mushrooms, then fill the tins with the egg cheese mixture. Bake 12 - 20 minutes at 325
