Ingredients
Cook pasta as per instructions on box. Make soft.On side, heat oil, add mustard and cumin seeds.When they start to 'make noises' add green peppers for a little while, then add in crushed tomatoes - about 2.5 cups .. be careful it will splatter!Add mixed italian herbs, sugar, salt, plenty of pepper, taste to perfectionAdd in pasta once strained.Mix.Serve onto plate.Sprinkle 1/4 cup cheese max per each plate (4)
