Hearty Crock Pot Roast

Ingredients
3lb Chuck Roast1 Jar Tastefully Simple Caramelized Onion Dip Starter1 cup of water3 small Idaho Potatoes washed and diced2 stalks of Celery small dice1 cup of Green String Beans cut in half5 cloves Garlic leave whole or cut in half 1 cup carrots washed and roughly diced 1/4 cup onion chunked upTo taste Salt and Pepper
Directions
1. Prep all vegetables.
2. Lightly spray slow cooker with cooking spray.
3. Spread half of vegetables on bottom of slow cooker.
4. Lay meat on top of the vegetables.
5. Pour over Caramelized Onion Dip and spread on meat. (If using beefy onion soup mix sprinkle on now.)
6. Add 1 cup of water to slow cooker.
7. Sprinkle rest of vegetables on top and sides of meat.
8. Place lid on slow cooker and set for 8 hours.
9. Once done (meat should shred easily with fork) shred meat and enjoy!


Serving Size: Makes roughly 8 servings at 1 1/2 cups per serving
