Egg White Omelette

Ingredients
3 large egg whites2 Tbsp chopped onion2 Tbsp chopped tomatoes2 Tbsp chopped mushroomOPTIONAL... HOT SAUCE!
Directions
Saute veggies till soft, remove from skillet.

Wipe and spray or lightly coat with butter or oil, add egg whites and cook till set over very low heat.

Add veggies, roll omelette.
Serve with Hot Sauce if desired
