Applesauce (from Granny Smith apples)

Ingredients
4 large Granny Smith apples1/2 tsp cinnamon1/3 cup packed brown sugarand 2 more tablespoons brown sugar1/2 tsp lemon juice1/2 cup water
Directions
Cut, core and chop up apples
combine all ingredients in pot
simmer at low-medium heat for 40 minutes

should break down perfectly and thicken up just right without mashing any further
