Ingredients
1 pound Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted1 pound *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean40 ounce can *Tomato Puree (Meijer Naturals)40 ounce can *Diced Tomatoes, Meijer (1/2 cup)2 large Green Peppers (bell peppers) about 3 cup, chopped2 diced spanish onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia)4 large stalks Celery1 teaspoon or to taste Chesapeake Bay Style Seasoning (Old Bay)1 tablespoon or to taste Ground Cayanne Pepper, 3 tsp15 cloves Garlic2 packages*John Morrell Hot Smoked Sausage (Chicken, Pork, Beef) 2 oz3 cups ZucchiniOlive Oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
Dice chicken and all veggies (I use a food processor)
Cook in this order
Brown Ground Turkey
Diced chicken
Seasoning
Garlic
All Veggies
Cans of Tomatoes
Simmer
Serve over spaghetti squash (Not included)
I add the Tomatoes right after the veggies and let them stew rather than sauteing the veggies, but you could saute them separately.
