1 cup kalehalf cup cucumber with peelslice of gingerI cup organic soy vanilla milkhalf cup bell peppershand full fresh parsleythree small strawberries half granny smith apple ( med)
Directions
Add milk to blender
Add leafy veggies as they blend out to avoid clogging
add additional ingredients as they blend out
Blend well to avoid lumps /chunks
Pour and enjoy
