Mighty Chia Pudding Parfait

Ingredients
1 c unsweetened almond milk3 tbsp whole chia seed1 tsp vanilla extract1.5 tsp maple syrup added fruit or nuts optional
Directions
whisk together chia seeds, milk, vanilla and maple syrup in a bowl, cover and refrigerate overnight.
Next day dish into parfait dish alternating pudding with berries and maybe some granola if you wish.
