Ingredients
Chicken breast - 2 boneless skinless cut in 1 inch chunks 1/2 cup flour - add seasonin as desired - parika/cayenne olive oil pat of buttermushroomsshallotssun-dried tomatoes marsala wine
Directions
Flour chicken
saute in butter and olive oil - brown on all sides
remove from pan - add shallots and mushrooms. cover - allow juices to escape- add sun dried tomatoes. Simmer 2 minutes. Add wine. Return chicken to pan. Cook until heated through. Serve over pasta or rice.
