Bean Burgers

Ingredients
2 cans black beans1/2 minced onion1/2 bell pepper chopped smallsprinkle of cumin, black pepper, and garlic powder1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 375.
Drain but dont fully rinse beans.
Mash them up but leave some whole.
Add minced onion and chopped bell pepper along with seasoning and blend together.
Finally add the breadcrumbs and mix together.
On a lightly greased baking sheet evenly divid the bean mixure in to 8 patties.
Bake 15 minutes and then flip, bake other side for another 15

Serving Size: 1 patty - makes 8 patties
