Ground turkey lean, 20 oz Tomato Sauce, 3 cup Tomato Paste, 0.5 cup Beans, red kidney, 3 cup Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1.5 cup, chopped Pepper, red or cayenne, 2 tbsp
Brown ground turkey and drain grease then chop up onion and green pepper add to pot. Then add Kidney beans juice and all to meat and vegetables .Then add Tomatoe sauce and tomatoe paste and chili pepper .Stir and simmer for 4 hours. serves 6 1 cup servings
