Ingredients
Dry Ingredients:2 cups flour1/2 cup sugar1/2 tsp salt3 tsp baking powderpoppyseedsWet Ingredients:1 egg1 carton Chobani simply 100 greek yogurt (vanilla, lemon or pineapple coconut)1/2 tsp vanilla1 tsp almond extract1/2 cup whole mikljuice of one whole lemonzest of one whole lemon
Directions
Mix together wet ingredients. Add dry and spoon into greased muffin pan. Bake at 400 for 12-18 min depending on oven.
