Ingredients
2lbs Beef, Cube Steak1/3 Cup Flour2 Tsp Paprika1 Tbl Steak Seasoning2 Tbl Butter, Salted2 Tbl Minced Onion, DriedSalt and pepper
Directions
Season the steaks with salt and pepper to taste. Melt the butter in a large skillet. Mix the flour, paprika, and steak seasoning.
Add the onions to the butter. Dredge the steaks one at a time through the flour mixture and put in the skillet. When full, stop dredging (steaks get overly spicy if left to sit in the mixture.). Cook steaks 3-5 minutes on each side depending on size.
