8 chicken sausages with mozzarella and red pepper (Marc Angelo)5 cups of tomato sauce4 medium potatoes2 onionsSeasonings of your choice
Finely chop onion and potato and boil for 15 minutes to cook fully. Drain. Add tomato sauce and finely chopped sausages as well as seasonings of your choice (I used garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes and salt and pepper. Mix well and bake until heated through, 25 minutes or so.
