Lighter Scalloped potatoes

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups small gold creamer potatoes (sliced in food processor or by hand)Dash salt & pepper1 tsp. better than boullion chicken base1/2 cup milk1/2 cup water1 TB flour4 oz. grated cheddar cheese for top
Directions
slice potatoes and layer in greased casserole. Mix up white sauce ingredients and heat until thickened. Pour over potatoes. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 400 for 40 min.
