3 large fresh eggs1/2 tsp mustard powder1 TBLS fresh lemon juice1/2 tsp kosher salt1 1/2 cups Avocado oil or Good Olive Oil
Add eggs, mustard powder, salt, lemon juice and 1/2 cup of oil to Vitamix. turn on and pour very slowly the other 1 cup of oil. Should take about 40 seconds to add the oil. That's it.
Serving Size: Makes about 20 ounces total. I use 1 TBLS serving size. So 40 servings.
