PB Chocolate Chia Snacks

1/2 cup Natural Creamy Peanut Butter2 tbsp Chia Seeds1/2 cup Old Fashioned Oats1 tbsp Cacao Powder (unsweetened)1 - 1 1/2 tbsp honey1 scoop 100-ISO Hydrolyzed Whey Protein Isolate Powder (any flavor)1/4 Dried Cranberries1 Caramel Corn Rice Cake
Using a food processor with metal blade mix peanut butter, chia seeds, oats, cacao powder, 1 tbsp honey, and protein powder until blended well.
Switch to a mixing or plastic blade and add the dried cranberries, and break up the rice cake and add to the food processor slowly.
Add additional half tbsp honey if needed to roll into balls.
Use a small cookie scoop to measure the balls and place on a tray and freeze for about 20 minutes.
