Pork Roastmushrooms green onionsbell peppersolive oilbrown rice kaleWhole wheat tortillas
Directions
roast or crock pot pork roast, shred meat. Sauté veggies in olive oil, add rice and meat till heated. Let cool. Put about a 1/3 cup of meat mixture on tortilla and roll to make burrito.
