1 c almonds (process 1/2 into a fine meal) 1/2 c walnuts1.25 c wheat-free rolled oats2/3 c dried fruit1/2 c raw pumpkin seeds1/4 c raw sunflower seeds1/3 c unsweetened coconut1/4 tsp salt2 Tsp ground cinnamon1/4 melted coconut oil6 Tbsp maple syrup2 Tsp vanilla
preheat oven to 275 and line a long black pan with parchment paper. Take 1/2 cup almonds blend them into a fine meal. put in a bowl. Take the rest of nuts and blend in food processors for 5-10 seconds until chopped into smaller bits. Add all dry ingredients into the bowl and stir very well. Melt the coconut oil and add maple syrup and vanilla with oil into large bowl. Stir until all granola is coated. Place on fat pan 1/2 inch thick in height and press together with a spatula. Bake 20 minutes then turn the pan around and bake for 20 more minutes. Let cool a minimum of one hour before disturbing.
