Ingredients
1 cup Coconut Flour1/2 tsp salt1 tsp baking soda2 tbsp honey1tbsp xylitol1 1/2 cup almond milk6 eggs4 tbsp coconut oil4 tsp vanilla4 tbsp chia seeds1 cup frozen blueberries
Directions
Preheat oven to 350'.
Mix dry ingredients well.
In separate bowl, beat all wet ingredients together.
Gently stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients.
Fold in blueberries.
Divide batter into 12 greased or lined muffin tins.
Bake 25 mins or until toothpick comes out dry.
Put on wire rack to cool.
