Peanut Butter & Chocolate Protein Snack Bites

1 cup of Peanut butter (No sugar added creamy)1/2 cup Clover Honey1 tsp Vanilla Extract3 tbsp Natural Cacao (or unsweetened cocoa powder)1 cup rolled oats (not instant oatmeal) I used Quaker Oats 100% Natural Whole Grain oatmeal1 oz unsweetened coconut flakes
mix all the ingredients except the oatmeal in a bowl. If you need to, you can add about 1-2 tsps of warm water in case it's too dry. Now add the oatmeal and keep mixing. Add 1-2 more tsps of warm water if needed. when everything is mixed, place the container in the fridge for about 2 hours so it can harden a little.
once it's ready, you can use a spoon to spoon out the amount you want to roll into the little balls. I like to make them really small - about 1/2" in diameter so can eat about 4 at a time.
Serving Size: makes about 36 teaspoon sized balls
