Miso Dressing (1 Tbs)

Ingredients
1/4 cup tamari or soy sauce1/4 cup avocado oil3 Tbs extra virgin olive oil1 Tbs sesame oil(or use 1/2 cup canola oil... I like the depth of these flavors better...)4 tsp miso2 Tbs red wine vinegar1 clove garlic1/4 cup water
Directions
Place all ingredients in a jar and shake well. Keeps in refrigerator up to a week. Shake, as needed, before using.
