Ingredients
Cous Cous, 5 cup Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 5 medium wholeParsley, 2 cup1 Tbs. chpped fresh mint, 1 serving Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
Directions
Prepare the cous cous according to the package directions. In a bowl mix the prepared cous cous, chopped/seeded tomato, chopped parley and mint. Stir to combine and add olive oil to help ingredients meld.
