3 Lbs Ground Beef1 Large onion Chopped4 Cloves of garlic chopped1 1/2 cup Pace picante sauce mild2 tsp ground Cumin1 tsp Ground oregano1 tsp salt14 Burrito size flour tortillas (Mission Carb balance whole wheat)1/2 cup butter melted4 cups shredded chedder cheese
Preheat oven to 475. Brown Meant with onion and garlic. Drain but do not rinse. Stir in picante Sauce, cumin, oregano, and salt. Simmer 5 mins or until liquid is evaporated. Sprinkle cheese on 8" tortilla, and top with 1/2 cup of meat mix. Roll into burrito shape and brush with butter. Place seam side down on baking sheet. Once all are done place in oven to bake for 13 mins or until golden brown.
