Spicy Papaya Salad with Shrimp

Ingredients
5 oz cooked shrimp1 leaf lettuce to place ingredients on1 cup ripe Papaya cubed9-10 whole cashews3 tsp packed brown sugar1/4 cup or less Louisiana Hot Sauce
Directions
This salad is sure to impress any one that has an addiction to Louisiana Hot sauce. I love to spice up my clean eating foods and make them interesting/tasty and exciting. This recipe is an old stand by and I got the idea from a Chef who presented a similar dish at a very fancy function!

Place lettuce leaf on plate, throw the papaya, shrimp and cashews in top in that order. For the dressing place 1/4 cup Lousiana in a measuring cup and add 1 tbsp brown sugar. Mix well until dissolved. Drizzle over your salad. THATS IT!
If you wish to substitute the brown sugar with splenda brown sugar, you will cut the calories down. I don't care for artificial sweeteners, so you can also use Stevia to taste.
