Apple Cider Cole Slaw

Ingredients
slaw:7.5 c. cole slaw mix2 Red Delicious apples, cored and corsely chopped1 c. diced celerydressing:1/2c. apple cider vinegar6T sugar1T vegetable oil1 tsp. celery seed1/2 tsp. saltCombine all slaw ingredients. Combine all dressing ingredients separately and pour over slaw mix. Toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate at last 2 hours (but not more than 8 hours) to allow flavors to blend. Yields apx. 10 1c. servings.
