Orange Beef with Stir Fried Vegetable

Ingredients
1/2 c Orange juice1 Tbs cornstarch3 Tbs Hoisin Sauce1 Tbs low sodium soy sauce1 Tbs canola oil1 Tbs minced garlic1Tbs minced fresh Ginger12oz Flank Steak sliced against the grain in thin strips1 C Broccoli1 Red pepper seeded and cut in strips2 celery Stalks1/2 c sliced Shiitake Mushrooms
Directions
Mix o.j. cornstarch,until smooth. Add hoisin, soy sauce. Set aside.
Heat skillet to medium high heat. Add oil,garlic,and ginger. Stir fry for 30sec- 1 minutes . Add meat stir fry 2min, or until not red. Set a side
Add Broccoli 2 min,add bell pepper,celery, for 1 min. Add mushrooms 2 min.
Form well in middle of vegetables. Pour in O.J. mixture. Bring to broil. Then turn down heat to medium low.
Add beef mixture mix and cook 1minutes .
