Lemon Cucumber Refresher

Ingredients
For the concentrate1 cup filtered water2 lemons, unpeeled and cut into three slices each1/2 large cucumber peeled4 T raw honeyFor each drink1/2 cup concentrate3/4 cup ice water1 t Xylitol
Directions
Put all ingredients for concentrate into Vitamix and blend until liquified.

For each drink:
mix 1/2 cup of concentrate with 3/4 cup cold water and add ice to make it icy cold

Serving Size: Makes 4 12-oz servings
