Three Bean Chili

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds very lean ground beef1 medium onion4 cans (15 oz) diced tomatoes2 cans (15 oz) light red kidney beans1 can (15 oz) pinto beans1 can (15 oz) black beans1 cup medium Pace Picante Sauce1 T. chili powder (more or less to taste)1 tsp. salt (more or less to taste)
Directions
Brown the ground beef and onion. Drain very thoroughly. Add to remaining ingredients in a large pot. Bring to a boil. Turn down heat and simmer 45 minutes.

Makes 16 one-cup servings.
