Ingredients
Recipe:- 10 dates (soaked in hot water for 10 minutes)- 3 frozen banana ( peel skin before freezing )- 2 cups of choice milk ( i made my own hazelnut milk)- 3 tbs cacao ( i replaced mine with choc protein )- pinch of cinnamon- 1 tbs Earth's Benefit Pistachio Nut Butter- half avocado (optional )- half a cup rolled oats (optional)- 1 tsp flaxseed- 1 tsp chia seed- 1 cup ice

1: pit dates.

2: place all ingredients into blender and blend til smooth.

3: Enjoy!
