Breakfast omlette with ham and greens

Ingredients
4 Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1/2 c. Egg substitute, 1/4 c. HyVee reduced fat cheddar jack cheese 1/4 c. Fat-Free Greek Yogurt, Plain, 0.25 cup 2 tb. fresh Basil, 3 slices H97% fat free,Smoked Deli Ham 3/4 c. Earthbound Farm Organic Power Greens,
Directions
Mix eggs, cheese, yogurt, basil, salt and pepper to taste in a small blender. Blend until smooth. Put a slice of ham in 3 large ramekins or small microwavable dishes that have been sprayed with oil, or basted with butter. Add about 1/4 c. power greens to each omelette. Bake in microwave on power level 7 about 3-4 minutes, or till firm
