Father's Day Sausage Gravy

Ingredients
Directions
1lb Ground Pork sausage3C skim milk3 Tbsp butter1/4 C flour
Cook sausage until brown and crumbly, drain out all BUT 1 Tbsp of excess grease.
Now using medium heat do the following-------
Place butter in pan and let it melt.
Next sprinkle in the flour and stir, let it cook for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
Finally pour in the milk, and stir.
The gravy will thicken within 5-10 minutes, continue to stir occasionally until the gravy is thick.
Serving Size: makes 6 1/2C servings
